Well
that question is best
answered by why we developed it. At Template Services,
Inc. we grind alot of custom
molder knives all day every day. We mostly grind the
harder knife steels like T1, V3N, M3+ and so on. We must
have tried every readily available wheel out there. Unfortunately
we just couldnt find a product that didnt make grinding
moulder knives frustrating. So we decided to go custom.
Over a period
of 1 1/2 years we personally fine tuned a grinding
wheel that we are just thrilled with. The primary things
we were going for are: consistency in hardness and softness,
non-vibrating premium balance, excellent wear, can hog and
finish all at the same RPM, but probably the most important
thing is repeatabilty. What good does it do to find
a wheel that you like if it is always coming in too hard,
too soft, or wobbling and vibrating too much? So to every
grinderman out there that has ever wished the wheels were
a little more like this or a little more like that........try

Wow! ) These wheels are standard made to fit Weinig
grinders, but can also fit Wadkins, Foleys, SCMI's,
with a reducing bushing that we supply for free.
