In the event of having to make a return:

The customer should call (702-641-2020) to obtain a RGA (Return Goods Aurthorization) number and the correct address to ship the product back too. In order to qualify for a full refund, product must be in unused brand new condition and be in original packaging. When shipping the product back to us, care should be taken to make sure we receive the product back to us undamaged, without blemish. Re-stocking fees of up to 20% may apply to certain items and shall be determined by the sole discretion of Template Services, Inc. Re-imbursment for shipping shall be determined by Template Services, Inc.

All knife grinding is considered to be "custom" work, and is non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing issue.

There is a 45 day limit for returning stock items in new condition. After that time period all purchases of moulder tooling and supplies are final.
