Hydro-Lock / Moulder Heads
for Jointed Runs

We offer a full line of Hydro-locking bore moulder heads. Choice of hook angles are 10, 12, 15, 20 for optimal performance in many wood types. These heads are made from high strength hardened steel and CNC machined to demanding tolerances. They are made to perform at up to 8000 RPM's and provide years of continous fine finishes. Hydro-sleeves are made from high strength alloy steel to hold tolerences over years of use. Use safety locking collars at all times and never over pressurize. Don't use on damaged or undersized shafts and always check pressure daily.

These heads are made to order, and take about 3 weeks to manufacture. Prices below are for some of the most popular configurations. Please call for a quote on heads not listed.
